Mark Hammerschmidt

Mark Hammerschmidt, CPA, is currently a Tax Senior at Deloitte, where they have been applying their expertise since 2023. Previously, they served as a Tax Consultant II at Deloitte from 2020 to 2023, focusing on ASC-740, Corporate Provisions, and Compliance. Mark’s early career includes a Tax Internship at Miller Financial Services in 2019 and an Audit Internship at BDO USA, LLP in 2018. They also volunteered with the VITA/TCE program at the Internal Revenue Service in 2018. Mark is pursuing both a Master's degree in Accounting with a concentration in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Information Systems at Binghamton University School of Management, having received their IB Diploma from Locust Valley High School.
