Mark Hocker

Mark Hocker, M.Ed., CIPM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a privacy professional with extensive experience in human resources and risk management. They served as an Employment Security Program Representative at the Illinois Department of Employment Security and held various roles in the Illinois Army National Guard, including Operations/Human Resources Manager and Paralegal. Mark transitioned to the private sector as a Human Resources Business Partner at Wockhardt USA and later worked at Deloitte, where they advanced to positions such as Risk Manager and Lead Risk Specialist focused on confidentiality and privacy. They obtained a Master of Education in Human Resource Development from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Politics & Government and Anthropology from Illinois State University.
