Mark Sleighter

Mark Sleighter, CPA, is a Tax Partner in the M&A Transaction Services practice at Deloitte Tax LLP. They previously served as a Tax Manager and later as a Tax Senior Manager at Deloitte from 2013 to 2025. Earlier in their career, Mark held the position of Associate Manager at Regal Entertainment Group, leading over 50 employees while enhancing customer service and promoting sales growth. They also gained experience as an Accounting Intern at Precept Brands, assisting with various accounting functions. Mark earned their degree in Accounting and completed the MPAcc Taxation Program at the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business.
