Markus Holzner

Markus Holzner is a PhD student at ETH Zürich, where they focus on genetics and have published papers on early embryo and neural development. They previously served as a board member for the Institute of Molecular Health Sciences at ETH, advocating for PhD and PostDoc candidates. Markus gained research experience through internships at Roche and a master thesis at The University of Hong Kong, while also fostering collaborations in academic settings, such as the University of Oxford. Currently, they work as a consultant in M&A at Deloitte and will transition to a role as Head Expert Teacher at the Central Visayan Institute Foundation.
