Marlene Rivera

Marlene Rivera is a graduate student currently attending the National Intelligence University while also working as a manager at Deloitte. With eleven years of experience as an expert Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) instructor, Marlene led and managed intelligence teams within the fighter, remotely piloted aircraft, and ISR communities. Marlene possesses superior leadership skills and has demonstrated the ability to integrate new ideas and processes effectively, particularly in support of air operations across multiple regional commands. Prior to their current studies, Marlene earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of South Florida and completed training at the USAF Weapons School in 2016.
