Matt Soderberg is the US Airline Practice Leader at Deloitte, serving since September 2003, where responsibilities include addressing operational challenges for US airline carriers. With over seventeen years of experience and over twelve years at Deloitte, Matt holds the title of Principal in the Strategy and Operations practice, concentrating on Financial Management Services. As the Finance Operations Practice Leader, Matt specializes in large-scale finance transformation programs and optimizing finance processes. Matt's prior experience includes significant projects in the technology, media, and entertainment sectors, as well as an internship at 7-Eleven focused on business intelligence. Matt holds an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from the SMU Cox School of Business and a BA in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
