Maxime Bouter, PhD, is an economist specializing in climate policies and data analysis. Currently serving as an economist and climate change modeler at Deloitte, Maxime focuses on environmental taxation and modeling the behavioral changes of various economic agents. Maxime’s past roles include visiting research fellow at the Institute for International Economics Studies, and teaching assistant at Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour. Maxime holds a doctorate in economics from Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour, along with two master's degrees in applied economics and economics from Toulouse School of Economics.
