McNally has extensive experience in international tax strategy, having worked as Assistant Vice President and International Tax Counsel at Comdisco, Inc from 1988 to 1999, and currently serves as a Senior Manager and Managing Director at Deloitte Tax LLP since 2005, focusing on global strategies. McNally holds a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation, both from The John Marshall Law School, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
