Michael Glaser

Michael Glaser is currently a ServiceNow & Enterprise Experience Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in enterprise service and process management. They hold a Master's degree in Management of Technology from Technische Universiteit Delft and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama, where they graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Previously, Michael interned at Traptic, Inc., where they worked on autonomous robotics, and at The Christian Science Monitor, where they facilitated vendor management. Their diverse experiences extend to conducting research on safety metrics for the Dutch National Police and participating in student governance at Delft University of Technology.
