Namdev Shelake is an Associate Director at Deloitte, specializing in strategy and transactions within the energy transition sector. Previously serving as Associate Vice President at KPMG India, they developed growth strategies for the renewable energy sector and facilitated critical M&A transactions. Namdev's extensive experience includes roles at Tata Motors and TATA Power, where they contributed to operational excellence in wind energy projects. They hold a Master’s Degree in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering.
