Nathan Shields

Nathan Shields is a PMP-certified strategic project, program, and portfolio management professional currently serving as a Residential Hazard Mitigation Subject Matter Expert at Deloitte, where they contribute to Florida’s inaugural residential mitigation program. Previously, Nathan participated in the Team Rubicon Disaster Management Fellowship, aiding in disaster recovery efforts following Hurricane Helene. With extensive experience in managing significant portfolios, Nathan has led initiatives for FEMA programs and overseen numerous mapping projects while working with organizations such as Michael Baker International and Tetra Tech. They are currently pursuing a degree at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
