Neil Reader is an MRICS qualified surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer currently serving as the Assistant Director in Real Assets Advisory at Deloitte. With a strong foundation in Red Book valuations for both commercial and residential properties, they were a senior member of KPMG's Real Estate Valuation Assurance team from 2015 to 2023. Neil's extensive experience also includes roles at Stephensons, CB Richard Ellis, and Jones Lang LaSalle, where they provided valuation and advisory services. They obtained an MSc in Property Appraisal and Management from Sheffield Hallam University in 2002.
