Nicholas Gregoretti is a global HR strategist and operational innovator with a focus on transforming HR operations to drive high-performing human capital management solutions. They have a distinguished history of generating significant cost savings, including $25 million in savings for a window and door manufacturer and an anticipated $41 million for an aerospace and defense contractor. Nicholas has also held roles that include emergency medical technician and board trustee and possesses experience as a consultant and manager at Deloitte, where they led major agile transformation initiatives and drove client success in HR strategies. Currently, they are pursuing an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences at Nassau Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.
