Nina Hover has extensive experience in various organizational roles, beginning as a Political Party Assistant at Gemeente Eindhoven from February 2014 to January 2017. Nina also interned at ARCADIS in early 2015, focusing on market research for Sector Client Development. Notably, Nina organized the Dutch Championship in Policy Debating from November 2011 to June 2012 and served as a full-time board member for the Landelijke Kamer van Verenigingen from August 2012 to October 2013. Nina's career in consulting includes multiple roles at EY, advancing from intern to Senior Manager. Currently, Nina holds the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte, starting in September 2023. Nina's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven and a Master’s Degree in Quantitative Finance from VU University Amsterdam.
