Pascal Occean is the Culture & People Officer (CHRO) for Deloitte Canada, leading the firm's Culture & People Office since 2023. They have extensive experience in HR transformation and have held various leadership roles across reputable organizations, including PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting, CGI, and IBM. Prior to their current role, Pascal served as the Human Capital Leader and National HR Transformation Leader at Deloitte Canada. They also contribute as a member of the Board of Directors and are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at Mercer University.
