Pascal Souchon

Pascal Souchon is the Partner and Head of Real Estate & Hotel Advisory at Deloitte in France, where they lead the Real Estate division and provide Financial Advisory services to the Real Estate and Hospitality sectors. With extensive experience advising on nearly 300 cross-border and local deals, Pascal supports a range of investors, asset managers, and corporate clients in areas such as transaction due diligence and debt restructuring. Before joining Deloitte in 2001, Pascal held financial leadership roles at L'Oréal and Compaq. They graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Ponts, specializing in finance and management, and hold additional qualifications in real estate valuation.
