Peter Fleming is an Associate Director in M&A Consulting Services with over 7 years of experience in finance strategy consulting, focusing on post-deal integration and finance transformation for global clients. Peter’s expertise lies in Day 1 readiness and developing scalable Finance Target Operating Models to enhance operational efficiency post-transaction. Previously, Peter held various roles at Deloitte and KPMG, where they honed their skills in finance performance and deal advisory. Additionally, Peter contributed to community initiatives, including fundraising for the ISPCC Childline, while actively engaging in leadership roles at NUI Galway. Peter earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce & Accounting with First Class Honours from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
