Raphael Cohen is currently the CoFounder of ArcInvest, specializing in cross-border mergers and acquisitions with a focus on technology, media, and telecommunications, manufacturing, and logistics. Previously, Raphael held positions at Deloitte France as an Assistant Manager and later as a Manager in M&A Transaction Services from 2017 to 2024. Raphael began their career as an Assistant juridique at Cabinet Sommelet and gained further experience in financial management and internal auditing at Credit Agricole and KLM, respectively. Raphael holds a Licence in Droit-Sciences Politiques from the Institut catholique de Paris and has studied at Audencia Nantes Ecole de Management.
