With over 20 years of experience in Knowledge Management, research, and business development, Reshma has a proven track record of executing successful strategies and nurturing high-performing teams. They are passionate about training, learning, and development and serve as a dean and coach for various programs, while also co-chairing the CoRe People Council. Previously, Reshma held roles at Dell and Better, Inc., focusing on sales training and account management.
