With over 30 years of experience, Rob has worked with clients ranging from startups to large global companies, starting their career in London and later relocating to Sydney after time in San Jose, California. Previously, Rob held prominent positions at firms such as Ernst & Young, KPMG LLP, and Deloitte, where they led efforts in international assignment services, global equity, and rewards. Rob holds an MBA from Macquarie University and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2022.
