Ryan Keating is currently the Director of Operations Excellence in the Public Sector at Deloitte, where they focus on driving operational transformation. They previously served as a Program Manager at Sutton House Limited and held various roles within the UK Ministry of Defence, including SO2 Soldier Systems, managing a £30M portfolio for soldier systems technologies. Ryan earned a Master’s degree in Battlefield Technology from Cranfield University and holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Economics from Stonyhurst College and the University of Durham. Prior to their military career, they were responsible for mobilizing personnel for UK resilience operations and combat missions worldwide.
