Sameer Jooma is a Chief Digital and Innovation Officer with extensive experience in driving data-led transformation and growth across FinTech, FMCG, and financial services in emerging markets. They currently serve as Acting CEO at Keystone, focusing on real-time insights for actionable growth opportunities, and as Chief Investment Officer at Conducive Capital, where they develop investment strategies and manage portfolio performance. With over 15 years of experience, Sameer has held key roles at leading organizations, including Standard Bank and AB InBev, where they spearheaded significant innovation and analytics initiatives. They are also a part-time faculty member at GIBS Business School and actively mentor the next generation of leaders. Sameer holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and is pursuing an LLM in International Commercial Law.
