Sander Spans

Sander Spans is a Manager in IP & Technology Law at Deloitte, where they focus on commercial contracting and IT law. They are currently involved in advising clients on legal matters related to IT outsourcing projects and cloud business transitions. Sander has a diverse background, having previously worked as a Legal Consultant and Senior Legal Consultant in the Digital Law team at Deloitte, and has also held legal roles at Allen & Overy and USG Legal Professionals NL. Educated at Radboud University Nijmegen, Sander holds both a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws in Corporate Law, along with additional qualifications in international contracting.
