Sasha Smith is the Sydney Market Business Leader for Tax & Legal and a Partner in Deloitte Australia’s Indirect Tax team, bringing over 18 years of advisory experience in indirect tax. Specializing in GST, Sasha helps large multinational and public sector clients navigate complex tax issues, focusing on governance and compliance. Previously, Sasha held various roles within Deloitte, ultimately progressing to Partner in Indirect Tax, and is a Fellow of both the Tax Institute of Australia and the Governance Institute of Australia. Sasha received education at the University of Sydney from 2007 to 2009.
