Seonghui Choe

Seonghui (Allan) Choe is a dedicated senior tax manager currently serving as the MENA Korea Desk Leader at Deloitte, where they also hold the position of Senior Manager - Tax. With over 12 years of experience in the construction business, including roles at DL E&C Co., Ltd. and STX Construction Co., Ltd., Seonghui has developed a strong expertise in market entry strategies, local tax compliance, and statutory standards essential for multinational enterprises operating in Kuwait. They hold a Master of Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Chung-Ang University. Prior to their current roles, they gained significant experience advising on business tax at EY and held various positions in international offices.
