Shelly

Shelly Ma is a Director at Deloitte, where they have been since 2021, following extensive experience in Customs valuation and compliance. Prior to joining Deloitte, they worked for 13 years at Shenzhen Customs, serving as Section Chief in the Valuation Division and participating as a member of the technical committee on Valuation. Shelly also contributes to customs compliance and import/export strategy development. They continue to pursue education at Wu Han University.
