Simon Büttner

Simon Büttner is currently the Head of People Analytics at Deloitte, where they focus on People Analytics and Employee Listening. They previously held the position of Research and Development Consultant at HR Diagnostics from 2018 to 2022, where they developed psychometric assessment instruments and managed various selection processes. Simon also gained experience as a Placement Specialist at von Rundstedt and completed internships at MBtech Group GmbH & Co. KGaA and Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen. They earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Psychology from Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen.
