Simon Done is an SAP S/4HANA SD Consultant at Deloitte, where they provide support during project implementation and manage the migration of objects from legacy systems to the S4HANA Cloud. Previously, Simon served as a Customer Service Team Lead at DRiV Incorporated, where they led operational activities and improved KPIs across a team. Their earlier roles include managing client portfolios as a Managed Services Consultant at SAM Live! and working as a Customer Support Representative for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Simon began their career as a Junior Digital Copywriter at Saatchi & Saatchi, where they developed content for prominent brands, and also had a brief stint as a Librarian at Cărtureşti. Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Advertising from the University of Bucharest.
