Simran K.C. is currently engaged in the Restructuring and Turnaround services practice at KPMG. Previously, Simran held the position of Manager at Deloitte, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory, and was also a Manager at Vedanta Resources Limited, focusing on end-to-end deal closure and strategy. Prior to these roles, Simran served as an Assistant Manager at KPMG India, where responsibilities included deal advisory and corporate finance. Simran completed a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Mithibai College.
