Steph Sisson is a Commercialisation Scientist and strategy leader currently overseeing the divestment of Callaghan Innovation’s pharmaceutical business, where they manage complex commercial, regulatory, and stakeholder strategies. Previously, they led innovation strategy at Cookie Time Group and served as an R&D Manager at Hi Tech Foods. As the Founder of FoodDNA, Steph provided strategic advisory services in regulated industries, translating intricate science into market-ready products. They have also held positions focused on compliance and quality assurance, and have extensive experience with R&D Tax Incentives. Steph is pursuing a Bachelor of Science and has deferred their MSc in Microbiology from Lincoln University.
