Stephen Porter

Stephen Porter is a Partner in Deloitte Consulting's Operations practice, specializing in Infrastructure & Capital Projects. With a strong background in capital project development, they have gained extensive experience in the transport and social infrastructure sectors, as well as in the utilities and oil & gas industries. Stephen has previously held leadership roles, including Regional Managing Director at Advisian and Principal at Evans & Peck, where they supported major projects across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. They have also contributed to significant infrastructure projects as a Project Director at Hyder Consulting and have an academic background in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the University of Sydney.
