Susannah Hill

Susannah Hill is currently the Director of the Financial Services Reward team at Deloitte UK, where they advise firms on regulatory guidance impacting reward and remuneration governance. Susannah qualified as a solicitor at Baker & McKenzie LLP, spending six years in the London Employee Benefits team before transitioning to Deloitte in 2015. They also held positions as a Senior Associate and Lawyer at Baker & McKenzie LLP and the Treasury Solicitor's Department, respectively. Susannah earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History with First Class Honours from the University of Cambridge and completed law training at BPP Law School.
