Tara Macpherson

Tara Macpherson is a Partner at Deloitte Canada, specializing in Government and Public Sector Solutions, with a focus on national security and justice. With 15 years of experience in the public sector across Canada and the UK, Tara has worked to enhance justice and public safety through innovative operational models and equitable practices. Tara has held various roles, including serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Housing Development and Proposals Committee for HOTT in Toronto, and currently sits as a Director-at-Large for the John Howard Society of Ontario. Tara earned a Master's with Distinction in Criminology from King's College London and a degree in Politics and History from the University of Edinburgh.
