Thomas Hug

Thomas Hug is a tax partner at Deloitte Switzerland, where they lead the National Tax Office and Tax Private divisions. Previously, they served as Deputy Head of Group Tax at Julius Baer and were involved in various roles at PwC and UBS. Thomas is currently a judge at the Tax Appeals Court of Zurich and holds multiple advisory positions, including membership on the Professional Affairs Committee for CFE Tax Advisers Europe and the Tax Group at EXPERTsuisse. They have also contributed to the education sector as an oral examiner for Certified Tax Expert Exams. Thomas holds a degree in Business Law and several tax-related certifications.
