Tim Ackroyd

Tim Ackroyd is a strategic leader in workplace wellbeing and employee experience, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Mental Health at Deloitte Global. With a background in psychology, Tim's career includes roles as a Research Consultant at Swann Global, a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Australia, and the Head of Wellbeing & Engagement at Deloitte UK. Tim has developed and implemented initiatives to enhance employee engagement and mental health on a global scale, contributing significantly to Deloitte’s diversity and inclusion strategy. Tim is pursuing an MSc in Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London.
