Tim Elsner

Tim Elsner is an experienced Operational Program and Team Lead currently working on the German Global Delivery Network & Operate Program. They have served in various roles, including as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where they led the development of ESGInsight, an analytics solution for asset managers and owners. Tim holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and another in Finance from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and ESADE Business & Law School, respectively. Their prior experience includes positions as a product owner and innovation consultant, where they drove the development of AI-analytics prototypes and contributed to strategic decision-making tools.
