Tim Stephens is an Oracle Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Payroll, Absence, Time and Labour, and data migration. They have worked with various organizations, including Deloitte, where they currently serve as Payroll Functional Lead. Previously, Tim developed test scripts for HR & Payroll processes at the Metropolitan Police and held roles at Basetime Solutions Limited and Fujitsu, focusing on data migration and functional consulting. Tim is currently pursuing a BSc in Engineering Science at the University of Exeter.
