Traci Commons is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruiting for technology and engineering roles. At Northrop Grumman, Traci focused on hiring cleared Systems Engineers for the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent program, contributing to national security initiatives. Prior to this, Traci served as a Senior Talent Sourcing Consultant at Microsoft, supporting the company's diverse workforce and technology needs. Traci's experience also includes leading recruitment efforts at Serco - North America for IT and professional services, as well as serving as a Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant at Deloitte, where recruitment spanned areas such as Cloud Engineering, Analytics, and Information Management. Traci holds an MA in International Transactions from George Mason University and a BA in Philosophy from West Chester University.
