Umar Mirza is a seasoned finance professional with over 10 years of experience in financial advisory, M&A, and finance transformation. Currently, as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, Umar delivers advisory services leveraging an ACA qualification and extensive finance background. Prior to this, Umar held the role of CFO at prominent companies in the oil, gas, and engineering services sectors, where they significantly enhanced financial operations and shareholder value. Umar has also worked at Olayan Financing Company and EY, focusing on financial planning, reporting, and auditing. They earned a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick and completed the ACA program through Chartered Accountants Ireland.
