Wayne Rolley

Wayne Rolley is the Director of Sales and Pursuits at Deloitte Australia, drawing on over 30 years of diverse experience across the Scientific Training, Education, Financial Services, and IT sectors. They have previously served as an Executive Manager at PlanTech Consulting Group, where they played a key role in transforming the organization into a market leader. As a Senior Consultant at rogenSi, Wayne focused on business performance improvement and leadership coaching, particularly within the Financial Services sector. Their early career included significant contributions as Head of Chemistry at Mentone Grammar School and as a National Standards Officer with the National Association of SCUBA Diving Schools. Wayne earned a BSc (Honours) in Botany and Biochemistry from Monash University and a Dip Ed in Secondary Teaching from Victoria University.
