Will J. is a strategy leader with over 16 years of experience in operational planning, management, and leadership. They served as Head of Operations at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency since 2013 and held the position of Senior Strategist at the U.S. Department of State from 2020 to 2023. Previously, they were an Operations Chief at the Central Intelligence Agency and a Combat Medic in the U.S. Army. Will is currently a Strategy Consulting Manager at Deloitte and pursuing an MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, having already earned a Bachelor of Science from Georgia State University and a Master’s degree from Georgetown University. In addition to their professional pursuits, Will is a dog dad and enjoys outdoor activities and Star Wars.
