Yao (Michelle) Ma is an accomplished professional with a strong background in marketing, consulting, and human resources management. Begining a career at Sinopharm, Yao contributed as a Marketing Specialist managing sales data and promotions, later advancing to Performance Appraisal Specialist, overseeing salary administration for sales staff. Yao continued to build expertise at Deloitte China as a Consultant, following a role at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations as a Teaching Assistant for a significant course.
