Adam Kramer

Adam Kramer has extensive experience in enterprise project management and strategy within prominent organizations. As Vice President of the Enterprise Project Management Office at FRHI Hotels & Resorts from March 2015 to May 2017, Adam played a key role in managing projects for luxury hotel brands. At Deloitte Canada, serving as Partner in National Business Operations and Corporate Real Estate from May 2017 to January 2022, Adam led a global team of over 850 professionals, developed strategies to enhance operational capabilities, and adapted to the evolving landscape of corporate real estate post-COVID. Previous positions included Consultant for Small Business Banking at CIBC and Senior Manager for Customer & Marketing Strategy at Deloitte. Adam holds an Honors Business Administration (HBA) and an MBA, both from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, where Adam achieved academic distinction.
