Adam Mather

Adam Mather is currently the Head of Sanctions and Export Controls (UK & CH) at Deloitte LLP, where they are responsible for developing and maintaining the firm’s sanctions and export controls compliance program. Previously, they served as the Regional Head of the UKI Sanctions & Embargoes Office at Deutsche Bank from 2021 to 2023 and held various positions at Lloyds Banking Group and HSBC, focusing on sanctions policy and financial crime prevention. Adam's educational background includes a BA Honours in Theology from Durham University, a Master's degree in Canon Law from Heythrop College, and several qualifications in law and compliance.
