Alberto Ramirez

Alberto Ramirez is currently the Managing Partner of Financial Advisory in Mexico's Northern Region at Deloitte México, where they lead multiple service lines, including Valuation, Corporate Finance, and M&A Transaction Services. With over 16 years of advisory experience, Alberto focuses on due diligence for local and cross-border transactions across various regions, having led over 200 buy-side and 30 sell-side due diligence processes. Alberto holds a dual nationality of Mexican and British and has previously worked as a transaction advisor in a big four firm and as an Intellectual Property advisor in London. They earned a Master's degree in Management with Finance from the University of Bath and a Chartered Engineer degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
