Alex McGrath

Alex McGrath is a leader in Diversity, Wellbeing, and Communications, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Wellbeing at Deloitte. Previously, Alex held several roles focused on marketing and communications, including Senior Marketing & Communications Consultant at Arup and Diversity & Wellbeing Lead at REA Group. Throughout their career, Alex has driven initiatives for diversity and inclusion, including the implementation of gender strategies and wellbeing programs, and led high-impact communications campaigns aligned with corporate values. Alex is pursuing a Master of Communication in Communication and Media Studies at Griffith University.
