Alexandre Baril, CPA CA, CBV, CA-CF, is a Partner in M&A Transaction Services and Corporate Development Services at Deloitte Canada, where they have led significant M&A transactions across various sectors since 1994. Prior to Deloitte, Alexandre managed corporate development at Bell from 2005 to 2008, successfully closing over 15 transactions and involved in major projects including the world's largest LBO.
