Allen Bernard

Allen Bernard is a resource management and process improvement professional with a bachelor's degree in engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut and an MBA from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. With three years of shop floor experience at Honda Motorcycles, Allen was involved in capital budgeting and cash flow management activities. Previously, they worked as an intern at PharmEasy and the ISRO Satellite Centre. Currently, Allen oversees resource management in Deloitte, where they also play an HR Business Partner role for over 250 professionals in the audit industry.
