Alunique Smith, CPA, is a seasoned audit quality and risk manager currently leading the firm's Audit & Assurance-System of Quality Management practice in Belgium, where they provide an independent perspective on risks and support audit engagement teams. With a dual MBA/MAcc from William & Mary and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Missouri Baptist University, Alunique has held various roles at Deloitte, including Audit Senior and Audit Quality and Risk Manager. Prior to their current position, Alunique managed a team as Hotel Assistant Manager at Atlantis, Paradise Island, enhancing guest experiences and operational excellence.
