Amber Freehoff

Amber Freehoff is a Senior Knowledge Management and Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte, where they conduct gap analysis and design organizational L&D strategies. Previously, Amber served as an Analyst Team Leader in the Israel Defence Forces, implemented knowledge management procedures at Yad Hanadiv, and worked as a researcher at The Urban Clinic. They hold a Master’s degree in Development Economics and International Development and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Amber has also contributed to humanitarian efforts as a Social Media Manager for NATAN, focusing on strategic planning and content creation.
